A 16 unit residential apartment that dedicates its ground floor to the vision of local Los Angeles community leader, Ron Finley, who has been the vocal leader for underrepresented LA communities and their lack of access to fresh produce. The ground floor consists of public programs focused on serving the community.

Apartment modules are stacked with a modulating strategy to ensure privacy between units.  Additionally, a screen facade system helps control the lighting and creates privacy from the surrounding context.
